Your role
1st & 2nd level Service Desk Support
Incident/problem management via ticketing tool
Computer imaging through SCCM
Asset tracking (paper & digital)
Rights (and access) management in AD
Outlook mailbox/calendar delegation management
Mobile phone device & subscription management.
Configure Cisco IP phones
Security access management (Badge system)
Print/Scan/Copy troubleshooting
Your profile
Minimum of 1 year relevant working experience in an IT environment
Stress resistant personality
Team worker
Motivation to work in a highly dynamic business environment
Education: High school or undergraduate degree
English (written & spoken) is mandatory, French and/or Dutch are assets
Working knowledge on the following technologies:
Windows 2008/2012/2016 servers (basic),
SCCM (basic),
Microsoft Office 2010/2013/2016 suites (intermediate),
Windows 7 and Windows 10 desktop OS (intermediate)
Android and iPhone (Intermediate)
Good to have (but not mandatory)
Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence )
Dell & HP laptops,
Cisco IP Phones,
Powershell scripting
Salary up to € 47.000
