Mission
In the context of the migration of the Custody Platform, for stream 'Reporting finance', the Business Analyst will be in charge of the financial reporting (same reports as today in the new system) and will ensure the mapping of the existing data warehouse with the new custody system:

• Requirement elicitation
• Data mapping
• Reporting analysis
• Support Developers and Testers during build and testing

Reporting

• Inventory of internal and external report
• Analysis and documentation of the report based on output sample/Query
• Discussion with users
• Check that the report content is covered by the new custody system data scope / the data warehouse data model
• Analyse options about the report, find alternate, discuss with users to understand the purpose and discuss options, define if can be decommissioned
• For some reports which cannot be covered, analysis to find workarounds
• Document functional design for reports to be developed

• Mapping of the existing data warehouse from the new Custody system

• Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative and/or Agile
• Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation
• Requirements elicitation techniques such as Document analysis, Interviews, Facilitated workshops, Observation, Prototyping, Focus groups, Surveys
• Requirements analysis and documentation:
• Scope Modelling
• Business Process Modelling
• Use Cases and Scenarios
• Data Requirements
• Business Rules Analysis and Decision Modelling
• User Interface Design
• Non Functional requirements
• User Stories, Story Decomposition, and Story Mapping
• Acceptance and Evaluation Criteria Definition
• Requirements management and communication - requirements walkthroughs; scope and change management; traceability; configuration management, Backlog Management

Education and/or Experience

• Working as a Senior Business Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in the areas of requirements management on large and complex projects
• Proven experience in the Custody area and related software applications
• English is mandatory
• French is an asset
