Role
Contribute to the migration of SharePoint 2010 sites to SharePoint Online
Help defining the migration approach:
Contribute to the Proof of Concept regarding migration strategies
Contribute to the migration of workflows from Nintex to MS Flow
Prepare the migration:
Liaise with site owners and plan the site migration with them
Clean up unnecessary sites or users
Execute the migration:
Address the following aspects during migration of existing sites
Information architecture
Security:
Re-writing of Nintex Workflows (with MS Flow)
Validate the migrated site
Support post migration:
Manage the transition to the new site (URL, UX, communication to users)
Contribute to the provision of user support (information material, trainings)
