OneSpan is looking for a Junior Transport Assistant to enforce our team in Mollem.

The objective of the Junior Transport Assistant is to process, organize and follow up deliveries by any transport model selected in a timely manner by assuring the highest quality.

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Processing / organizing transport by using all different transport models available
• Follow up to make sure the confirmed shipping data are met and are in line with confirmed delivery dates to customers
• Handle/process administrative tasks related to transport
• Communicate shipping details to concerned parties
• Process shipment in ERP system
• Respond to general inquiries regarding transport
• Maintain high standards in the overall quality and quantity of the work

Requirements:

• Studies (bachelor or master) in Transport and/or Logistics: desirable
• 2 years of experience with transport documents and shipping in an international environment
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, …)
• Knowledge of logistics , transport and customs regulations
